Lawo appointed Olivier Frenzel as Business Development Manager for its Smart line of IP network monitoring solutions. Frenzel, who holds an engineering degree in television and electronic media, is already well known within the Lawo Group and Lawo clients in his previous role as Head of Support and Customer Service.
These roles were followed by taking over the SLA Business Development Manager position, developing quality structures for service level agreements for the entire portfolio. In his new role, Frenzel will assume a central role for the market-driven advancement of Lawo’s Smart product line and use his expertise to support his sales colleagues in their efforts to provide the best possible solution for their clients’ projects. .
Lawo’s Smart product line includes deep packet inspection and smartScope network analyzer and its smartDash system monitoring and real-time telemetry solution, a vendor-independent enterprise software suite designed to provide visibility network and media over an all-IP, all-SDI or hybrid WAN / LAN broadcast infrastructure.
“From my experience in support, I know how important it is for critical operations to have good monitoring and measurement capabilities.
